Affiliate program terms
Effective October 3, 2026
These terms govern the ChargeRecoveries affiliate program: what you earn for sending us a customer, when it is paid, and what you agree to in return. Applying to the program is acceptance of these terms, alongside the terms of service.
1.How it works
You apply with a code of your choosing. We approve applications by hand; until yours is approved your link earns nothing, and we do not show it to you rather than let you share one that credits nobody. Once approved, the code goes in your link. A visitor who arrives through it and creates an account within sixty days is credited to you — attribution happens at sign-up, not at purchase, so a customer who thinks about it for a month is still yours.
The code cannot be changed once it exists. It is an address you will have pasted into descriptions and posts; renaming it would break every one of them.
2.What you earn
40% of every payment a referred customer makes — the first and each renewal, monthly or annual, for as long as the subscription lasts — at the rate in force on the day of each payment. The rate is recorded against each sale when it happens; if we change your rate, it applies to payments from that day and never to those already made. Commission is calculated on the invoice subtotal — before any sales tax or VAT, which is not ours to share.
3.When it is paid
A commission is earned when the payment lands and payable 30 days later, once the payment can no longer be refunded or disputed. A payment that is refunded or charged back in that window earns nothing, and one refunded after it is deducted from your next payout — we would rather hold money for a month than ask you to send it back.
Payouts are made by bank transfer, by hand, on request. Your own page shows clicks, accounts and every sale with its state: pending, payable, paid, or void.
4.The three rules
- Disclose. Wherever you post the link, say that you earn a commission — the Federal Trade Commission requires it, and so do we. A clear sentence next to the link is enough.
- Do not bid on our name. No paid search on “ChargeRecoveries”, our domain, or misspellings of either, and no pages that could be taken for ours.
- Do not refer yourself, your own company, or accounts you control, and do not offer part of the commission back to a customer as an inducement.
Beyond those: no spam, no unsolicited email, no misleading claims about what the product does. Say what it is — the landing page is the wording we stand behind.
5.Ending it
You can leave the program at any time by email; commissions already payable are paid. We can suspend or end your participation if these rules are broken — in which case commissions on the sales concerned are forfeited — or if we close the program, in which case what is payable is paid and what is pending is paid once it becomes payable.
6.Taxes, and the rest
You are an independent party, not our employee or agent; you are responsible for any tax on what we pay you, and we may ask for the information the law requires before paying. These terms are governed as the terms of service are. Questions go to [email protected].
