What a unit is
A space you lease or could lease — a suite, a pad, a storage unit. Vacant ones count too: you manage them all the same.
When it changes
Add a unit and the next invoice carries it, prorated; remove one and the credit comes the same way. You never pick a size.
Changing formula
From Settings, by an admin. Moving up opens the new features at once, prorated; moving down waits for the renewal and never removes anything you entered.
Prices in US dollars, excluding tax where it applies; Stripe collects and remits it and shows your own currency at checkout. Cancelling stops the periods that follow; the one you have paid for runs to its end and is not refunded.
